Currently I'm the coordinator of the Bioinfomatics and Biostatistics department in the Institute for Research in Biomedicine of Barcelona (Spain). I graduated in the joint Rice – M.D. Anderson PhD Biostatistics program in December 2006. I spent a year as a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Biostatistics at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, after which I moved to Barcelona.
My research interests include experimental design, model building and selection and meta-analysis, with emphasis on high-throughput experiments and the Bayesian approach.
In the publications section you can find technical reports for most of my publications. The software section contains freely available software implementing the statistical methodology used in the papers. Some of these programs have been contributed to the R/Bioconductor project and can be obtained through the usual mirrors. Enjoy!
